TBC: Project 1
Here’s my final version for Project 1 that i was working on a while back. My concept was to communicate the idea of how our actions can affect our state of mind, from the daily repetitive and chaotic actions in the workplace to the simple actions of sketching which brings freedom and creative control.
Special shout outs to Stas who helped me film those outdoor shots from his bike.

Hey it worked, right?

TBC: Proj 2 Public Critique
Yes completing my last design for the fall semester. Basically it consist of a countdown (SMPTE Leader) they use in rolling old films. The concept of my project is the dying down of a house party and rather showing people, the shoes fill in as the characters and different personalities. Wanted to focus on showing shoes that are left right near the front door and giving that perspective that we don’t really focus on during a party.
This one is my first revised cut, using the warm lighting that i set up for the shoot.
This cut uses a technique called “color seep” starting off with a high saturation, lowering it and eventually creating a neutral color (showing the party dying down).
Tell me what you think, and which one you find is stronger with concept. Kind of getting lazy with this but i gotta hand it in tmr by 9am.
